Christmas Lights on Oxford Street Nov. 3 2009

Leicester Square will be good as it's also the premiere of London's A Christmas Carol by Disney ane also the world record break for Christmas caroling across the Westend.  So you could stand at Oxford Circus / Regent St for the record attempt and then walk to Leicester Square for the world Premiere.  There will be Disney characters walking about, etc - will be a great evening!  I personally would just go straight to Leicester Square.
