If the Pen is Mightier than the Sword.... How Lethal is an E-Mail ?

Christmas Day is when The Different methods in the cooking of the Turkey gets passed Annually and gets constantly Adapted along with the Turkey Garnishes and lovely Veg. All families used to double the quantity of food so there would be leftovers. People would go from house to house visiting each other. The leftover turkey woul be used in sandwiches or mixed with mash potato for Turkey Croquettes.

When i think of Christmas Dessert there's always one thing that sticks out in my mind and that is the Humble Mince Pie. But served with a Brandy flavoured 'Creme anglaise'....Yummy Yummy!!

In Australia Cold Seafood is the more common Christmas Dinner and lots of Prawns. In a lot of areas of Australia they also love their Leg of Ham. As a hot Christmas dinner isnt very attractive in 35 to 45 degree heat unless of course you have air conditioning.

rochester...we serve all our snakey stuff on Christmas Eve...It'l. sausage stuffed mushrooms, Thai marinated chicken drummets, with wasabe ranch dipper, mozzarella cheese sticks from Swan's (only the best), and if you use pizza sauce for the dipper, it's much better, spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, cucumber ,celery, and broccoli fingers, with raspberry blush balsamic vinegar,(dash of chili peper, and a lg, pinch of sugar) dipper...but this year we're not. We're living in a warehouse thats not designed for people to live in, cooking on a two burner hot plate. Thats o.k., I'm looking for a job, I'm warm, there's a bathroom ,a fridge, cheap electricity, and I have my computer. so all is well.God IS watching out for me!
