peter greenberg travel Looking for bestplace to stay witha 13 and 19 year old during Christmas break. I am now a single parent who needs to make this first Christmas joyful and keep busy. My kids love to surf and I love to relax on beach. Any suggestions? We would be leaving from N.Y. on the 26th.

Well of course you'll head South if you want to relax on a beach. In the area of Naples Florida on the Gulf you will find many lovely beaches. Try LaPlaya in Naples. It's a lovely hotel and beach, and the food is fantastic. They ring the bell each night at sunset and the bar stays open and serves lovely tropical drinks. The amenities are the best and it is family friendly. There is live music out doors as well as indoors and a front porch to sit and wile away the hours reading when you tire of the sun. NJOY
