My Cholestrol level ratio is high ? Is it risky and needs medications or not ? Please help.

I am 24 M. My height is 5 feet 7 inches and weight is 76 kg and i had a sedentary life style from many years. My cholsetrol total is 206, (Normal range 150-250) Triglycerides is 190, (10-190) HDL cholsetrol is 41 (40-70) LDL Cholestrol is 127 and (upto 190) VLDL is 38. (20-40) Ratio of Cholesterol and HDL is 5.02 (normal should be below 3.5) and Ratio of HDL and LDL is 3.09 (normally i think it should not be more than 2.2) Now i have started evening walk, & proper diet (avoiding fast foods, butter etc.). Do i need any medication or just walk and proper diet will be helpful ? And i also want to know that once this ratio comes high, will it be a life long risk ? should i ignore all fast foods, ghee etc. for whole life ? i m worrying please help me out.

hi friend

you may soak little methi   water   at night  and eat the same and drink the soaked water early morning in empty stomach.

you may not need another medicine for cholestrol  and  check your cholestrol after a month.

also avoid food with high cholestrol like egg,red meat, cashewnuts and diary products.

thanks

Yes you do need medication because not having it can cause you to have a risk of many major health problems such as heart attack and possibly a stroke
