Chocolate torte recipe

My chocolate torte recipe only has 2 tablespoons of flour. Can this be correct?

Many chocolate torte recipes rely on the chocolate, butter, and eggs to create the dense structure of the cake so they may contain only 2 to 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour.

Yes, if you are talking about the filling.  If its for the crust, I would check other similar recipes to be sure.  Recipes vary greatly.  It does not mean something is wrong with yours.  What is the source of your recipe?  You must use trusted sources.  Often there are mistakes in the amounts, cooking/baking times/things are omitted, etc. in sub standard publications.  The fact that you asked tells me something doesn't feel right to you.  Go with your gut.  There are zillions of chocolate torte recipes in reliable books & on line.  If you do your homework, it will be too yummy for words.  Good luck.

Yes, some mixes are really runny. But bake Perfectly, even taste better too!
