I don't know how much it's worth, but it shouldn't be that hard to find out. Look up animation cels. A lot depends on exactly what it is. Is it a cel from the actual animation. Or was it a cel produced for sale. Signed by Walt, I suspect it was produced for sale. Not as much value as an original animation cel, but it still has value, depending on the art and what shape it's in.
