Your Childrens health

Did YOU know if you gave your children milk to drink at night before going to bed, that it breaks down overnight into its sugar/acid components that contributes to rot their teeth???

i love food... really any food

No I've never heard of that.  Milk is supposed to be relaxing before bed.  What if the kids brush their teeth so that the milk isn't anywhere near their teeth, it still causes the rotting?
