Does anyone remember from elementary school (1960-70) a book/story about popcorn that keeps popping until a room/house is filled?
Yes, I remember it. I can't remember the name. It was a small story book like Golden Books but not a Golden Book. I read it to my younger sister. I think it was a house that filled up and spilled outside. I've been trying to find it too.
I've been looking for this book! Yellow cover? Didn't it also include recipes for making fudge and ambrosia?
It's 'Popcorn Party' By Rand McNally Elf, i believe it's 1952
I am looking for a similar book. There is one by Frank Asch, a little bear book called Popcorn. That is not the book I am looking for however. Any ideas?
I'm trying to find it as well. If I remember correctly, it is about an old lady who was making popcorn and she made SO much that it cam eout the windows and doors of her house. It is one of my all time favorites and would LOVE to find it!
