Once the wife starts back working does the husband have to continue paying spouse support? Must the judge take into account all expenses as deduction of the husband finance not just what he pay for rent to determine the amount to be paid for child support?

Smile, it's contagious!

All justified expenses [that is basic shelter, food, transportation, medical, water, gas,  & electric] [telephone & other bills are luxury items] are taken into account when setting amount for support [child or spouse].    Other work related expenses may be considered justified if proven.  You must submit receipts for any justified expenses.  The support must be paid for the entire duration specified by the judge whether it is temporary or permanent.  Either or both parties may be required to submit financial statement.

A Judge may do whatever s/he wishes within the parameters of the law.

If support Orders are made and your circumstances or those of the opposing party have changed (expenses, income, household size, living arrangements, etcetera) then you can always petition the Court to modify the existing Orders.

You always have the right to ASK, although your request may not be granted.
