Chevy truck brakes interchange

I have a 1969 Chevy C20 3/4 ton pick up with drum brakes front and rear.  I have access to a 1978 Chevy C30 1 ton pick up with disc front brakes.  Will the 78 spindles and brakes fit the 69?  If so will they just bolt or will I need to make some modifications?
