A:Thank you for your response. I actually meet a bakery owner at a networking meeting today and he told me they partially freeze them, then take them out and slice them. He gets parchment paper precut to size to in between and puts them there after the cut with a knife. Sounds real easy, but I have yet to try it. So, you are on the right track.
