Cheesecake Individual slices single wrapped

Is there anyway you can put a piece of parchment paper or wax paper between each slice of a cheesecake like you sometimes buy in the stores by the slice in an assortment, or sometimes frozen ones are like that? The paper almost envelops the slice for serving.  i make cheesecakes for a living and usually do not slice my cakes.  I have the opportunity to sell to a restaurant, but they want an assortment with slices with paper in between the slices.  Anyone have any ideas? Please.  I have served the web and nothing so far.

Thanks

Karma's a b*tch.

How exciting for you! In answer to your question, I would think you could make the cheesecake, cut it and put wax paper between slices and then freeze them.

Thank you for your response.  I actually meet a bakery owner at a networking meeting today and he told me they partially freeze them, then take them out and slice them.  He gets parchment paper precut to size to in between and puts them there after the cut with a knife. Sounds real easy, but I have yet to try it. So, you are on the right track.
