You can forgive her. But I think you need to find out why she cheated in the first place. Otherwise, you'll forgive her and it will probably happen again.
It's really up to you. If you forgive her you can go on with your life though you should know that trust is something that's hard to build. If you decide you can't forgive her there won't really be any choice but to break up.
