Grandmoo,

If I am correct, The Kenites are descendents of Cain. Cain is the one who murdered his brother. The Kenites were wiped out in the Great Flood since they are descended from Cain. The only survivors (Noah and his family) were descended from Seth. So, if I am correct and the Kenites were completely destroyed by the flood, there are no Kenites living among us. The only answer I have is they were human. I do not think you will be able to find anywhere in the Bible the answer you are seeking because in Gods view they were descendents of Cain, they were wicked, and they were thereby punished for eternity.
