My Question Is Not About This Specific Topic,But What I Need To Know Is What Year Did Congress Enact The Law Regarding Misconduct Discharges In Regards To Chapter 9 Alcohol,& Substance Abuse,That You Could No Longer File A Compensation On Those Grounds To A Legimate Claim,I Also Would Like To Know If Anyone Has The Foggiest Were It Considered Illegal For The Military To Sell,And Distributed Alcoholic Beverages To A Person Under The Age Of 18,Basically To A Person That Were 17 Years Of Age.
