Change for the need assistance when needed and long term

Does anyone out there know of any wealthy indiviuals or organizantions that can and will assist a family in crisis, homelessness, child who has gone through 37 surgerys, lost her hearing due to medical issues, has to eat 13-15 times a day.  We need min $1500 for security deposit to secure shelter, furniture, clothing, etc.  Good will, salavation Army, red cross, local nonprofit only there for one time shot, not long term assistance.  Child is continuing to recieve millions of dollars of bills in her name.  Not right, We have had to declare chap 7 Bankruptcy 3 times just to keep attorneys, and agencies off our back to feed our children,  What a failed system.  We have been living in limbo for over 21 years, which what seems is no way out.  And a devasting effect on the future of our children's future because of our lack of abilities, and resources to totally delete, and alter thier future.  Dont get me wrong we are very humble.  But it seems to me and other's that suffer long term life struggling issues, should not have to start like this.  We as a culture should do much better, and provide life lasting relief for these situtions.  Our someone should pay the burdon.  Not the individual, we have all kinds of wealth and there should be no reason like the Gates foundations, and the Buffets, and and the founders of Intel the Moore Family.  Who each on the average has 5 billion dollars at thier disposal for other education, infarstructure, culture issues.  Why that cannot be some authority to loosen the hold on monies to provide for the most important concern, Life!! Reguardless of big business, and other left wing, and garbage lobbist issues.  Lets find a solution, someone out there has answers.  Please donot provide info, on shelters, government agencies, public aid, food pantries, etc, need really solutions, not bandaids.  We ve lived and experienced them all for 21 years.  At the very least please maybe give me insight on how to become a modern day Robin Hood.  Because my experience is that yuop must take it from some one, cause no one wants to get involved in the big picture. Seems like families have inherited diseases, and as a culture we feel better to say we have groups and organizations(Acts of kindness organizations) I just indirectly met a LTC in the US Army, wher I spent a great deal of my life in myself.  Who now has the responsibilty of writing policy for DOD personnel, and children.  I think he is a good man, but lacks the abilities to network and provide realistic change for a emergency situtions.  He I believe is very fortunate financially to able create enviroments where people can recieve $500 in compensation for hardships, through his Acts of kindness organization.  Some how feedback was recieved back to himself that we as a family were not thankful, because we asked for more funds due to our crisis.  We were totally shocked.  I believe maybe most people dont really know or want to believe that our country is hurting.  And we must do more than bandaids, or this last joke the stimi check. I dont know where people live but in our community with 6 people in a household, you must have a house.  Legal issues, so they say, average rent $1500-2400 for something thats falling apart.  We are not realistic.  And we wonder why thier is more crime, hate, poverty, created by the powers that maybe, and then of course wonder why there is faction groups out in the world, terrorists, etc. Please help, I m not a rocket scientitst, but this should not be that difficult. My daughters med records need to be closed, so no other Medical institutions, creditors, or any else has open eyes to determine her faith in the world, but yes of course this is requires funding.  Back to my statement any ideas on becoming Robin Hood, cause Im not quite sure that we are going to recieve radical change, which is what is needed in the world, after discussing similiar discussions with European folks.  We need to knock down and break down the financial powers, that keep us inslaved.  Nothing has changed, and my perception of the glass half empty, half full is pretty good.
