Change - how to achieve it and get past fear

How do you turn your life around? Do you think that complete upheaval and change in *who* you are is needed to accomplish change in your life or do you think that only habits and goals need to change?

Your question is fairly vague, but I will do my best.

To begin to turn your life around you need to gain confidence in yourself. Without confidence you will never be able to lead the life that you want. Confident people are successful people. Many people in life have the same amount of skills but what holds them back is their lack of self-belief.

The difference between those that succeed and those that do not is confidence. Confidence is something that can be learned and is easy to achieve.

So I don't take up a lot of space here, what I would like to do is give you some free e courses. There are no catches or gimmicks, you don't have to sign up for anything or give me your email address. I am providing you the direct link to these courses.

I will also try to respond to any questions you have in a timely manner.

Here are the links that will start you on anew course in life.

Thanks! I updated and added more detail to my question. I guess my question is how do you approach change from a mental perspective? Have you been able to successfully completely change something in your life - if so, what strategies, tools, techniques did you use..

Total upheaval is not always necessary but many times there will be major changes to be made. Change is a mindset along with setting goals and getting rid of and overcoming habits that can hold us back from moving ahead in our lives.

Change will not take place overnight, but by practicing and developing new habits and working towards your goals the change will become apparent, not just to you but to those around you also.

I encourage you to review the free e courses in the links provided above. They are in pdf format and easy to review and use online. Like I mentioned before, there are no catches or gimmicks. Here is a link also that will describe the courses to you.

What exactly are you afraid of? Change IS Life. Embrace it. What's the worst that can happen? You can die. That's going to happen anyway.

This LinkHi, Jack M Zufelt has a very different approach than all the traditional gurus about how to make people succeed in their endevours. Rather than goal setting, affirmations, positive thinking and a number of other "techniques" he focuses on teaching people how to find their Core Desire. The interesting phenomenon is that once you find your Core Desire, then you also grow to conquer all the small and big obstacles on the way, without all the mumbo jumbo you otherwise hear about.

Rather than feeding the feeling of being a loser (by not achieving all sorts of goals), Zufelt's method does actually work! Have a look at:

I am sorry that the book presented is not for free, but you can read to get to know what it is all about without paying anything. If you think his book can be good for you, then you decide how to proceed. The book has been published in over 30 countries and has helped thousands.

Good Luck from Knut
