Chances of pregnancy missing one pill and unprotected sex

i missed my pill once accidently and then i had sex that same day i took my missed one and regular one the next day would i be pregnant?

Dear LeeLee,

Check the instructions in the packet but one most pills, you can miss one or two and still be covered, especially if you took the missed pill straight away.  Normally you have 12 hours to take the pill before it is a problem.  You were also right to take the regular pill as well that day, so you should be OK.
