I am new to Yedda. So far, I have asked eight questions and received eight pretty good answers. I am wondering if there is a way that I can ask more difficult questions to certified experts. For example: Can I ask electrical questions and only receive answers from certified electrcians?
If so, how? If not, is there a website that allows me to do this?

The best way to do that is to use your search engine and define what it is you are looking for. You should be able to come up with forums, bulletin boards and chat rooms that will have professionals answering your questions. It may take a day or two before you get your question answered, but the results are usually very good.
Even here on yedda, many of us will research a question before giving an answer and often gives the source link.

You can ask your electrical questions here, and request that only a cetified electrician provide you with an answer. I'm sure we have a lot of people here versed in many professional careers. Also consider that any anwers given here are free. There are many websites that provide answers from professionals exclusively, but many of them are not working for free, as there may be a fee associated with getting an answer. Also I have provided a few website for you and they may or may not be free.
