Life is a bed of roses. . . watch out for the pricks!

I'm assuming you mean coeliac disease. . . gluten is found in wheat. So you will need to be avoiding all wheat based products. Bread, cakes, cereals and biscuits are obvious, but loads of pre-packed products could trip you up!

If you live in the uk there are loads of gluten free products clearly labelled as such in supermarkets like Sainsburys and Tesco. Also Boots hold a more limited stock. If your GP or specialist hasn't provided you with dietary advice i would think you will find sites on the internet and details of support groups.

Any dietary changes are difficult at first but it soon becomes habitual.

definitely search for gluten-free recipes and products that don't contain it. i know that there are tons of options out there! also, you'll want to start taking a daily multivitamin supplement. you can get more information on how this can help celica disease by reading up on the

dietary supplement information bureau page on celica.

If you like baked good or just want to thicken soups, graves, make smoothies. There is a Chia Seed Flour that you can try. It is made from Chia Seeds and has much the same results as you expect from processed wheat flour. It can be substituted one for one in most traditional recipes. The Chia Seed flour is available  from Nuchia Foods Corporation. It is in some Florida stores but you can get it on line at www.nuchiafoods.com, I hope this helps.
