If your job depended on how good you look you would take the initiative to watch what you eat and exercise intensly all the time. Unfortunately most jobs don't require you to look perfect all the time. So we don't. Okay well whatever. -Exercise is super important and it's free. A one hour walk daily costs nothing but time. Most people spend more time than that watching tv or surfing the web a day. -Water and lots of it. Okay drink water instead of soda. Hello that's also free. It will save you money drinking from the tap. All natural water. -Low calorie foods are out there and they are inexpensive. The thing is celebrities don't go through the drive thru after work and pick up a number 1 value sized with a coke. They eat steamed fish/chicken/veggies, egg whites, oatmeal, fruit. Which is inexpensive compared to the $7 spent at the drive thru window.

I ALSO HAVE TO ADD! DIETS DO NOT WORK!  THEY MAY WORK FOR A LITTLE WHILE YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR MIND FRAME.  YOU CAN'T TELL YOURSELF "I'M GOING TO FOLLOW SOUTH BEACH OR WHATEVER" AND THEN AFTER YOU LOSE SOME WEIGHT GO BACK TO YOUR REGULAR ROUTINE. 

I KNOW ALL THIS BECAUSE I USED TO WEIGH 270LBS.  IT'S BEEN TWO YEARS AND I HAVE LOST 98 LBS..SLOWLY FROM RUNNING 5 MILES 4X A WEEK AND EATING LOW CALORIE NUTRITIOUS FOODS.
