Cbc showed low Lymphocytes and Monoctyes should I have this checked further?

I recently had a fever of 102 and flu like symptoms for two days about a week later broke out in a flat rash that started at my ankles and moved up over my body had blood work done (CBC) and found low absolute Lymphocytes 485 range 850-3900 and low absolute monocytes 186 range 200-950 could these be low due to a virus or should I have this looked into more?
