Anger is a good warm, natural emotion that brings people closer together. However society has educated us, that anger equates violence, which is absolutely untrue. Iti s the longterm suppression of anger that leads to violence, both individually and socially. Suppressing anger is cold, sick behaviour that leads to all sorts of illnesses particularly addiction anddepression when anger is turned inwards.
Society or our education system do not teach us how to deal with anger or manage it. It is regarded as socially unacceptable both at home and in school. Hence the absolute necessity for wars, at least every ten years and the racist resentments socially festered with anger control.
The best example of healthy loving anger is an early morning market or the uninhibited expression of passionate feelings. Anger can also be an excellent tool for creativity and fuel for accomplishment.
Most modern religions with their schitzophrenic attitudes to many realities of life, do not allow people the non violent expression of their anger, in healthy ways. Learning to express anger in an non-violent healthy way requires patience and is difficult for a beginner but is well worth the effort.
