You should take your cat to the vet.  It could be kitty-acne, but that usually scabs up and falls off.  If the sore isnt healing up, then I am worried that it is a sign of a more serious problem, like an auto-immune disorder (FIV).  It also might get infected.  I suggest you take your cat to a vet before it gets worse.

Good Day

I found out that white colored cats are susceptiple to skin cancer. My cat was a calico with white base and colored markings. To make a long story short, she developed a red bump outside of her mouth which erupted into a sore that would not heal. Sadly, I put her to sleep 3 days ago as the sore developed into cancer.
