Cat blind after dental surgery

i took my 10 yr. old cat to the vet to have his teeth removed, because he had stomatitis. they did the surgery and while he was under anesthesia he stopped breathing. They bagged him and he came back, but now they say he is blind. I don't know what to do now, any answers out there. I would appreciate any answers or input. Thank you.

First of all I want to tell you how sorry I am. I have 2 cats who are both 12 years old. They already started looking and acting old around 10 years. I think that your cat was probably just not strong enough to handle the anesthesia. I don't think that it is the fault of the surgical team, so I wouldn't be angry at them. The best that you can do now is just be there for your cat and make him feel loved and comforted. He will be ok.
