Why do my cat walk in circles, close to the wall, and stares at it.
Perhaps it's bored.

Hopefully, it is. otherwise, your cat may have a brain tumor.
My cat is doing the same thing; she has appeared to have gone blind as well. We are taking her to the vet tomorrow.
