My brother has a BMW 740 IL 2000. He recently took his car to another certified BMW tech because of a problem that was not getting fixed. When the tech removed the oil drain only one quart came out. He dropped the pan and found it filled with sluge. The only tech's to work on the car were the BMW people. What couls cause this buildup inside of the engine? He had it serviced at the recommended miles. They said they changed the oil.
