It depends whether e-bay can be considered soliciting. Basically it's legal to sell, but it's illegal to solicit. Assuming her virginity is a commodity, she can legally sell it if she wants to.

The question is whether we'll see now prostitutes selling sexual favors online, and if the legislator will address this. 

That is disgusting. People like this are the reasons why so many women are violated.

As long as there's no pimp and she's doing it by her own will, it's ok. Prostitution isn't a crime. The crime is to explore it.

Well, the media buzz cames from this "virginity" stuff. Otherwise, it would be a prostitution add like any else (and there are plenty of these on the web, with the police doing not much). If the story is real, the shame is the 20 000 £ requested for 4 years in university !...
