My Ford F-250 truck overheats only when it is cold ...

My Ford F-250 truck overheats only when it is cold outside. Last winter my truck starting overheating and I could not find the cause. I took it to the shop and they checked the pressure and everything was fine. But it would still overheat, the guys at the shop could not find the problem. Then the weather started warming up and the problem stopped. Now that it is cold again outside... it overheats. I have changed the thermostat, water pump and the radiator and still it overheats. If I let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes to warmup before I start to drive it's fine. I don't know what else to try. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
