A:I'm only able to hear one song from No Promises on Naive's Carla Bruni page.
But it seems there's audio from all of the songs on the English language page on Carla Bruni's site. You can click "No Promises" on that page.
It works for me on IE and Firefox. The music's really different... and the lyrics are (literally) poetry!
