Cardio before or after

is it better to do some cardio before or after lifting weights????

It really depends on what you are trying to accomplish. It doesn't matter if you do cardio first or weight lifting, it depends on your goals. If your goal is to lose some weight or burn calories, it is advisable to do cardio exercise first before weight lifting because it helps in preparing your body for lifting activities. On the other hand, if you focus on bodybuilding then it would be better to do weight lifting first (while you still have high-energy) and do cardio exercises the rest of the time.

Like the guy before me said it depends. i cardio after so that i can put all my energy into lifting to wear my mucles down then finish it out with cardio to condition my muscles so that i can always perform weather i am out of energy or not
