Cardio & strength

I am doing Denise Austin dvd video workout, 20 min. cardio then 20 min. strength 3 days of the week, a day off between workouts, I want to know if I can do this workout from Monday thru Friday, can I get better results doing it more often?

i love food... really any food

The trick is to do some sort of exercise every day, but to change up the type of exercise you do each days, so you aren't working the same body parts too hard every day.  Doing some cardio every day is very healthy...

Yes you're right, doing Cardio Fitness program is really a healthy way to keep one's body fit and strong.  When you are still a beginner in doing workouts, 3 days in a week exercise can be good until you make it a routine and your body will get used to.
