Mantian the calories you already in take and dont get more of that.Say you eat 2,500 calories a day thats already like ALOT! you dont have to count everything you see beacuse if you do that everything is gona seem like to much and you migh not even eat anymore thats not the answer.You need to cut down on your calories.start from like 2,000 and work your way down to like 1,200,1,300 is equal to 1 pound a day,but since you want to lose weight you cut down.Dont eat more than 2,000 calories.Drink water grapefruit or black coffee or tea.Dont drink anything else i didnt say.Food eat salads ,BUT! no dressing just use lemon with 3 fruits of your chose.Dont eat fast food drink water befor every meal.Slowly your body will get use to it.Anytime you get hungrey eat a fruit drink water till you get full.Control your habit of eating.How eatin less from what you eat.Thats all you have to do is learing how to controll your eating and eating at the righ times and not eatin after 7pm keep that in mind.Set a goal for your self and than reward yourself later.
