Are Car Title Loans Illegal? I made a car title loan and my business has not picked up yet so I am late in making my first payment, can the Car Title Loan people take my car? I live in the state of Indiana where it is illegal, but I made the loan in the State of Illinois.
the loan is based in out of the laws in illinois so i would research what the laws there say about title loans because if you fail to pay they might repo your car or file charges on your in that state for the title loan.
