I think your best bet os to the library, and look up "car, (or auto, or automobile) insurance", and/or "car, (or auto, or automobile) insurERS", in Consumer's Reports. They give unbiased ratings. (Some of the best insurers might not be in your area, though). I hope that if you have a STERLING driving record, for, say, 10 years, they might reduce your premiums???? I presently don't have a car, (L.o.n....g story), so I haven't checked on this, myself.... Hope this helps...!
