Yes, 2 of them.  I was rear ended by a woman with no driver's license or insurance who went into labor.  Her passenger was also pregnant.  Totaled their car.  My door closed and locked and it cost me $60.00 to have it towed into a parking lot 20 ft away.

2nd, turned east and this woman wanted to turn in front of me to get to the gas station.  For some reason she backed up.  She told the cop that she backed up causing me to hit her.  The cop wouldn't cite either of us because he couldn't find any witnesses.  The insurance co put me at fault.  Some paint from her truck got on my car, but she had a hugh dent.
