Capitalization of Hypotheses

What is the proper way to capitalize the proper name of a hypothesis? Do you capitalize the word 'hypothesis' or only the name that comes before it? For example in  the phrase "The Critical Period Hypothesis" which words should be capitalize?

If you are adding the word hypothesis to your title then, yes it should be capitalized. So, The Critical Period Hypothesis is correct.
