I have a 1960 Scotty Serro camper with NO title ...

I have a 1960 Scotty Serro camper with NO title. we have done a search with no results. I have a bill of sale and I have paid taxes on it. SCDMV says I can pull it if I stay in SC without tags. I can't get tags without a title. So I am stuck in SC with no tags or title. Where can I go to get a title? I have a Vin number but it was not found in a search. I am stuck. Please help. Thanks

I wanted to know if you found out anything on the '60 camper because I have a '62 that I can't get a title for.
