Movie save > Enabled -> on
Movie save > Cycle -> on
Movie save > Cycle > Value, Period
You should select the 'Enable' checkbox and clear the 'Cycle' one if you are going to use the feature instantly by clicking the 'Capture' button above the preview window.

Select a movie as a video source and use the intermediate driver.
'Video Device > Video Source > Movie',
see also the corresponded options below.

How to work with the ‘Video Device > Video Output’ feature:

there is no way to select the source it is automaticly picked by windows xp when cam is hooked up when not in windows live says no cam.

so still not an answer to my question how show video as if live stream?

Did you read the answer? You should select the Willing Webcam Capture driver in msn as a source.

Did you read my answer?!  you might be able to select device input in the willing software but when it comes to actually starting a conversation in msn live you only have 2 options as stated above!  you can not select a video device/ source! although the willing website says you can in programs like skype and messanger it just is not true. (maybe you didn't mean it but you sounded condesending when you asked if I read the answer and I would appreciate it if you are going to comment on yedda not to be so rude. People are asking questions on this website and teachers always say there are no stupid questions.  So just because you know the answer to something does not mean that someone who doesn't makes them a stupid person.)
