So your saying that it is ok to just eat hydrogenated fats (toxic) in amounts small enough to keep the calories under your metabolic rate. pphhh.

Here is the truth. Using an educated variety of different types of calories WILL be the key in weight loss. I have seen it with over 550 patients already.
Also, Different types of calories create different metabolic effects. Simple carbohydrates will release insulin, and insulin rising in most cases will send the body into a anabolic (weight gaining) state. On the other hand, protein will help the body to release Glucagon, which sends a signal to cells to do the opposite, release energy, which is basically the opposite of insulin.
You are going to end up turning people into diabetics as they eat the wrong types of foods. Try HCG to lose weight.
