You are so wrong. I work as a nutritionist / personal trainer alongside a naturopath doctor. Before you write an article you should actually learn about what different types of calories are used for in the diet and what type of effect they have.
So your saying that it is ok to just eat hydrogenated fats (toxic) in amounts small enough to keep the calories under your metabolic rate. pphhh.

Here is the truth. Using an educated variety of different types of calories WILL be the key in weight loss. I have seen it with over 550 patients already.
Also, Different types of calories create different metabolic effects. Simple carbohydrates will release insulin, and insulin rising in most cases will send the body into a anabolic (weight gaining) state. I am not sure where you went wrong in reading my articles, I am not sure why you are compelled to dis my process and have such anger towards my beliefs.
Why are you attacking me? What benefit are you getting out of attacking me? These are some questions you might want to ask yourself in order to get to the root cause of your anger here.
I am in no way telling people that they can eat as much toxic fats as they want. No what I am simply stating is they can eat foods they enjoy in moderation. I am telling them that they can lose weight without a fad diet that restricts foods the body needs. I am telling people that they can lose weight without spending tons of money on pills that can and will cause medical problems for them in the future. I am telling people that if what they are doing now doesn't work then change what they are doing. I am merely giving options. I am sorry that you disagree with my posts however everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is mine. I am not telling people they must do it my way I am simply offering a choice. I am not turning anyone in to a diabetic as a matter of fact I have helped 8 people so far that were diabetic before meeting me to not needing the medications anymore. I try to help people. There are so many diets out there, and I have been working on this field for a long time. I dont care about opinion. I care about what medical eveidence tells us.
There are too many opinions that clog the path for so many people to get the help they need.
What the US needs is someone to stand up and tell them that the foods they want (or are addicted to) are noit usually natural.

Seeing what you believe, it is not 'morally right' to tell people they can eat whatever they want and lose weight.
You KNOW people will look at those articles, and if they dont click through your links they will just leave thinking, "huh, I guess it is ok to eat whatever I want, as long as it is not too much".

I guess maybe what I said was taken by you differently then how I meant it to come out. I agree with you on many points but I also feel that not everything should be cut out because people can't handle cutting everything out and when they do they binge and feel worse than they did before. I am not saying each and every day people can eat what ever they want that is not what I said. With moderation you can keep foods in your diet. I did it and many others do it too. And for the record I do feel as though you attacked me when you made a comment about my shape when you hadn't even looked at my pictures and when you tell people not to listen to me that was a direct attack on me as a person and that is not right as a business person you should have more respect and not attack me as a person. You got me heated and the sad thing is I think if you and I really talked about it we would agree on many things.
Many people are still dieting and it's working, actually I have a cousin who is fat then he tried dieting. Now he got the body he wants for just 1 month, dieting is really effective in attaining weight loss and it will be much better with work out or excercise..
