Where is my California State Disability Check

Where is my California State Disability Check?

I applied for benefits July 29th and the doctor has sent it to EDD 3 times. So far they continue to say I have no claim on file. This is ridiculous. I am about to loose my home if I don't get an income going.

This was a long and drawn out fight for me to get my SSI disability.

The judge wanted me to get an attorney to help me for 1 Quarter that was not counted.  I could not get an attorney because there was no one to sue.  Just keep going to the judge and fight for it, thats what it took for me. If you can get a doctor or anyone to back you up better yet, I did, and thats what it took. DON'T GIVE UP, THAT I WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO. IF YOU HAVE IT COMING YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT.  I DID.
