Do you have a Los Angeles area representative or reputable member (or referral) with expertise in lottery odds calculating?
An algebra teacher has created a "problem-solving" exercise in which, based on a scenario, students are placed in research teams for the purpose of exploring whether a new game should be created to ensure enhanced state funding opportunities (e.g., educational programs, etc.). The high school teacher would like a visitor with knowledge of lottery calculations and culture of lottery games. With a referral's e-mail address, I can send the one-page assignment.
Both the Sacramento and Santa Ana (main/district) offices could neither be of help or have a class visit (downtown LA area).
Please advise.
