The Calendar of Israel v3.1 by Daneil R. Gregg, 1995, says in its preamble he "adjusts the ELP2000-85 analytical Lunar theory of Chapront-Touze and Chapront to fit the JPL's DE404 long ephemeris and the source code can be found on Compuserve in the Astroforum" The author cannot be located to ask if the software can be modified to calculate feast days in Leviticus 23 only after the Spring Equinox. Is the source code available somewhere, or is there software which can do what is required?
