Does anyone have a recipe for a Cactus Casserole?

You don't need a recipe to  make a casserole. 

Try using the Cactus in place of beef to make a vegetarian ambrosia fit for President Obama himself!

Bread the cactus and fry it in a frying pan, then pour your sause over it.  I would use tomato sauce with a little jalepeno and lots of garlic and oregano, maybe horseradish if you've got it.  Put this over rice, pasta or potatoes which have been cooked and coated in some kind of campbell's soup, probably cream of broccoli or cheddar cheese.  Put a generous helping of grated cheese over the top and put it in the oven!

It will make by far the best dinner any one has ever tasted.
