Do you mean the address bar on your browser?

If you use IE: Right click on the menu bar (File, Edit etc.) and check the Address bar.

If you use Firefox: Right click on the menu Toolbar and check Navigator Toolbar.

This happened to me to.

Well you should check view on the top left corner then you are gonna click toolbars and the 5th thing you are gonna see is viewpoint toolbar and click that and after that u should open a new internet page and your toolbar should be there
