Where can I find a CFD trading platform where I can: - trade the indexes such as Bovespa, HK, ASX, S&P, DJO, Sensex, Shanghai, Russia & others. - is not a market maker but a DMA (Direct Market Access) - The platform must also be able to have the ability to trade options on stocks, currencies, futures and indexes. - has a minimum initial opening account. I've been looking online and came across some but a lot of them are market makers. There is one I thought had it all but I have to pay $5K just to join their services then another $5K just to start off the account. Can you please help? I'd really appreciate it!
