A young boy just admited to starting the fire in CA that destroyed a lot of property and killed some people. Do you think he or his parents should be punished?
It is a difficult one , my own opinion is that I don't think that the kid is to blame rather then global warming. That is where the real crime is happening.
He's guilty of being reckless, and should be held responsible for the damage caused by his actions. I don't think he's guilty of all the fires in California.
