I am making a layer vanilla cake with frosting ...

I am making a layer vanilla cake with frosting with cake mix and ready made frosting. Today is Sunday, and I was wondering whether the cake will stay fresh and moist either inside or outside the refrigerator until Tuesday? I really have to make this cake today and I don't have anytime to make it on Monday.

place in a clear plastic bag or cover loosley ith plastic wrap aitight is best. plac in rfrigerator.  The coolness and the space between bag and cake will keep it moist.

If kept in the refrigerator, the cake will actually be better by Tuesday........place an inverted big tupperware bowl over it, if you dont have a covered cake plate.....
