this is a serious case because there is no way for the person to say that he didn't do anything wrong cause he was caught on the sence.I am not sure if they can stop his immigration cause this is not a serious crime.They might just have him to go to court and something like this i don't even think that he will get jail time.This was only an ipod.THis is not like this is grand theft.He mad a wrong jugdement and i think this person knows now his mistake and i don't think that he will try to sell any thing any moe to know one.I don't even think that he will need a paid lawyer but he might want to look into some legal help for the immigration part.HE doesn't need something as little as this to put him behind in the proceeding of his immigration case.WEll i wish him luck and hope for the best for him.
